We set off to visit the Cappucino catacombs this morning. Our previous experiences with the Cappucinos in Rome left us with distict impression that they are a bunch of sicko mofos with too much time on their hands; this was affirmed once again in Palermo.What were they thinking-a huge WTF factor:
followed by a tour of the Massimo opera house, the third largest in Europe.
The tour included views from the roof reached by precarious ladders.
We also re-enacted the downfall of Michael Corleone on the front steps.
We then did some aimless wandering around
which included a visit to a Bangladeshi barber.
Having worked up a hearty appetite we were ready for a lunch
followed by a tour of the Massimo opera house, the third largest in Europe.
