During our time in Italy we have seen many representations of heaven usually involving virgins, clouds and men with white beards, however today we saw the true vision-

Despite being the centre of learning and culture Perugia has found its true niche in history. What a wonderful town, and should one tire of eating chocolate(say in 30 or 40 years) there is a whole lot of old stuff to look to pass a few minutes as you move onto the next chocolaty treat.

In the evening we were dragged away to the Preggio(sic) Chestnut(sic) Festival-what a comedown, having said that we did have a rather jolly time of it.
