Nobody knows the truffles I've seen

Today we set off to trap the wild truffles which grow in these parts.

Our trusty hunter, Massimo, and his faithful dog are ready for all eventualities.



Surprisingly, within 5 minutes we have bagged a couple of these pesky fellers. Then it is time for an Italian BBQ with pork belly, pork neck, sausages and eggs with truffles-quite a treat.









Then we are off to visit Gubbio an apparently significant town in Umbria.








In the evening Stefano creates another masterpiece.
