Early start today and Eric drives to St Pancreas(patron saint of endocrinology who lived on the Islets of Langerhans) Station.

and in 1 1/2 hours apart from ruptured eardrums, we arrive in Lille, France. The quality of food has now improved by a factor of a zillion.

We spend a couple of hours wandering around an adjacent shopping complex where I can stock up on wonderful cheeses. Then all aboard to Massy

for our next connection which is delayed

meaning a problematic connection for our hire car pickup. Anyway following a discussion with the local Avis rep all was made good.
We succesfully pick up the car and get an upgrade

drive 1 hour to our AirBNB in Fontevraud and the it is out for a simple repast at the local hotel.
