A bad case of French Mondayitis

A late start but enjoy a delicious aubergine and fetta tart from the boulangerie across the road.

Probably not a first class AirBNB

but what a well supplied kitchen!

We decide to walk to the Paul Bocuse food market because it is one of the few things open in France on Monday; what they failed to mention was that all the food stalls were actually closed on a Monday-but we got a big kick from wandering up and down the deserted aisles and just imagining what we were missing out on-NOT!
In the afternoon we visit the Cinema and Miniature Museum(thank you Bruce and Katrina)- a revealing insight into cinematic techniques

Who is this?

Who is this?
plus displays of miniature scenes made by somebody who had far too much time on his hands.

We walk along the Saone River

to our dinner being served tonight at Chez Abel-magnifique!

Gotta love the thymus gland!
